Absolutely love Fetch! I’ve used them for multiple trips over the last couple years. I know my pets wouldn’t do well in a boarding facility so in home is the only option. Fetch was fantastic in helping us with our cat while we were away for a week. They thought of everything and asked very thorough questions before we left. I thought we were just getting a pet sitter but they really offer much more to make sure that you feel safe and that your home is cared for while you're away. They came and checked on my cat twice per day, sending lots of pictures after each visit along with a detailed journal entry. They were also super flexible when our schedule changed. My family and I were going out of town for most of the day - longer than a normal stretch of time for our pup's normal potty break "schedule." We knew she could handle herself fine at home so a kennel seemed overboard. We really only needed somebody to come let her out once sometime while we're gone. Well, Fetch! was the perfect solution to this. We were new customers so they went through a nice orientation process where they asked lots of questions and got to know our situation. They normally would even come out to visit with your pets first to make everything is going to work out (we ended up doing a virtual visit due to our schedule and sort of last-minute notice).

For the actual "visit," our sitter let out our dog, played with her a bit, took some pictures and a small journal entry that we could see from their web site and phone app. It worked out great!

If you’re looking for someone to pet sit your furry friends, I can’t recommend fetch pet care enough. Alana cared for our two dogs several times and did an amazing job, plus they absolutely adore her! She loves and treats them like her own and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with our pups!
